Is a grouping under which a certain group of products can be placed.
When you select the category in the checkout, you will get an overview of these products.
Eg: Category : French fries
Product: mini fries

So the product is the main part of your order.
From there you can make further additions.
Before creating a product , you must always first select a category to which
this product belongs.
Sub-product
A Sub-product
Is an addition to a product. Eg: Product: mini fries Sub-product: mayonnaise
Each sub -product can be linked to several and to any product.
When you select a main product, a list of sub -products will appear for you to choose from.
Some products require a sub -product to be complete.
Eg: Product: currywurst special
Sub-product: tomato ketchup
In this case, when creating a product, you can enable the option “ sub -product required”. Enabling this option ensures that the price of the sub -product will not be charged in the order
