Het bevat derhalve soortgelijke gegevens als een BTW-kasticket;<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211;\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 elke boeking (bestelling, terugname, correctie, wijziging, transfer van een tafel, doorboeking van tafel naar klantenrekening, \u2026 ) binnen een functionaliteit van tafelbeheer of klantenbeheer of binnen een functionaliteit die een registratie tijdelijk kan onderbreken, pauzeren en hervatten;<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211;\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 de zogenaamde tussenrekening of het rekeningoverzicht dat wordt aangemaakt tijdens het gebruik van een hierboven vermelde functionaliteit, waarbij een overzicht van de geboekte orders en\/of het te betalen bedrag wordt getoond, vooraleer het BTW-kasticket wordt gefinaliseerd.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dit heeft tot gevolg dat de inhoud van een boeking op meerdere tickets kan voorkomen: op het pro forma ticket van de bestelling, wijziging, &#8230; , op het pro forma ticket &#8220;tussenrekening&#8221; en op het definitieve BTW-kasticket.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Op het Z-rapport (wanneer alles aangevinkt bij instellingen) zie je onder andere:\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">het totaalbedrag voor de betrokken periode gerealiseerde omzet van de eventlabels NS en NR (incl. btw);<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">het totaalbedrag voor de betrokken periode gerealiseerde omzet van de eventlabels NS en NR (incl. btw) voor de verschillende hoofdgroepen\/departementen, indien deze gebruikt worden;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de maatstaf van heffing voor de betrokken periode, per toepasselijk btw-tarief, opgesplitst tussen de eventlabels NS en NR;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">het btw-bedrag voor de betrokken periode, per toepasselijk btw-tarief, van de eventlabels NS en NR;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">het aantal uitgereikte BTW-kastickets tijdens de betrokken periode (eventlabels NS en NR);<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">het aantal aangemaakte terugname tickets en hun totaalbedrag (incl. btw) tijdens de betrokken periode (eventlabel NR);<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">het aantal aangemaakte pro forma tickets en hun totaalbedrag (incl. btw) tijdens de betrokken periode (eventlabels PS en PR);<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">het aantal toegestane kortingen en hun totaalbedrag (incl. btw) tijdens de betrokken periode voor de eventlabels NS en NR, uitgesplitst per soort;<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">overzicht van de bedragen van functionaliteiten, andere dan in punt o, (correcties, terugnames, annulaties van lijnen, \u2026) die het totaalbedrag van de omzet hebben doen afnemen en het bedrag (incl. btw) ervan tijdens de betrokken periode voor de eventlabels NS en NR, uitgesplitst per soort.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b>Pro forma tickets staan dus uitgebreid vermeld in het Z rapport, doch maken geen deel uit van de uiteindelijk gerealiseerde, geboekte, omzet.\u00a0<\/b><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Om het jezelf en je boekhouder gemakkelijk te maken, in plaats van 90 x een Z-rapport van elke dag ieder kwartaal te verwerken, kan je ook uit de kassa een PERIODIEK RAPPORT printen. Je kiest natuurlijk in de groene balk bij Boekhouding voor Periodiek Rapport.
